As your event coordinator, we ensure that when the big day arrives, you - and your family and friends - can relax and enjoy knowing that every detail is being executed to your expectations and that the event will flow seamlessly.


  • In-person meeting to review your plans 

  • Provide a final set of eyes and make suggestions as necessary

  • Create a master schedule of the wedding weekend; provide wedding party/wedding VIPs with weekend agenda

  • Collect and store wedding day items, as needed

  • Communication and detail confirmation with the venue and vendors including:

    • Final floor plan/seating chart/guest count

    • Music selections, speeches

    • Menu & meal selections

    • Rentals

    • Hair and Makeup timing and schedule

    • Quantities of flowers, décor setup and delivery

    • Limo/Transportation pickups and drop offs

    • Must-have photos and photography locations


  • Full day coverage (up to 10 hours), guiding you graciously through your big day

  • Serve as point person for all vendors, dealing with any issues as they arise, so you can enjoy

  • Implementation and overseeing of the wedding day schedule and timing 

  • Oversee ceremony and reception set up and day-of details (i.e., guest book, place cards,  ceremony programs, favors)

  • Supervise vendor commitments 

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities

  • Transport gifts and personal items as needed
